The Bible in 90 Days - Waterville Adventure i s a unique adventure through the Bible. Just read 12 pages a day and meet once a week -- and in 90 days you've read the Bible! Small groups, business groups and churches have read through The Bible in 90 Days, but never before has an entire community come together to take the 90 Day Challenge. Starting in January 2008, Waterville will be one of two towns to take the 90 Challenge. Reading the Bible has changed many lives for the better, including mine, and it can do the same for you!
To bring together the whole community, we are doing some fun and different things.
When we meet together once a week, we will watch a cool video and talk about what we read during the previous week. We'll also have some prize incentives to be given away (gift cards, T-shirts, etc.) to add to the fun.
Finding a place for all of Waterville to meet was challenging. So, we decided to host five identical get-togethers at five different locations on five different days of the same week. Just choose a day to attend during the week.
Here are the five locations, days and times in Waterville:
- Sundays, starting Jan. 6, Zion Lutheran Church on Second St. 7:00 PM
- Mondays, starting Jan. 7, Waterville Methodist Church on Fifth St. 7:00 PM
- Tuesdays, starting Jan. 8, First Presbyterian on Farnsworth Rd. 7:00 PM
- Wednesdays, starting Jan. 9, Waterville Fire Dept. Community Room on Waterville-Monclova Rd. 7:00 PM
- Thursdays, starting Jan. 10, Waterville Community Church on corner of Dutch and Waterville-Monclova Rd. 7:00 PM

To register, just click on the links above OR call 419-441-0090 OR email Johnk90days@embarqmail.com. The meetings are FREE, but we RECOMMEND that you purchase the Bible and Participant's Guide. At the first meeting, you will have the opportunity to review the official Bible in 90 Days and Participant's Guide. They are designed with special helps to assist you in doing something that most people never do: read the entire Bible.
When you register, please indicate your name, phone number, email address, day of week you'll be joining us, and whether or not you think you'll want to purchase The Bible in 90 Days and the Participant's Guide. The Bible is only $13.99 (reg. $19.99). The Participant's Guide (for $5.99, reg. $8.99) will help you discuss and understand better what you are reading each week. Of course, you may use your own Bible, but the Bible in 90 Days Bible makes it VERY easy to finish in 90 days. When you see how it's laid out I'm sure you'll agree.
This is a once in a lifetime opportunity, so make your plans to join in our community. It will be a great New Year's resolution. It will take only 90 days, but you will benefit for a lifetime. You will gain a new perspective of God, his love for you and a renewed purpose in life. In 90 days, the Bible opens like a storybook. So, whether you are a regular Bible reader or have never read much of the Bible, you are in for an adventure. If I can do it, so can you!
